If your going to buy this product get an extended warranty because your going to need it. Product has failed twice since we purchased. Both time when I go to the support website to open a ticket and print a shipping label the site is unable to generate a shipping label. Then you have call their support line that takes you to India, navigate the maze of press 1 or 2 until you get somebody with a pulse. They will then cancel the support ticket and open a new one and snail mail the shipping label. Then you have to ship the box back to them for repairs so do not throw away the original packaging as you will need it multiple times to ship back to Microsoft for repairs.
The experience is so aggravating that I vow never to buy another Microsoft product again! I have had it with this company and the inferior products.Get more detail about Xbox 360 Premium Console with 20GB Hard Drive.
