Order Need for Speed: Shift

I have had this game for about 6 weeks now and I am not that happy with either my PS3 or this game. Takes extremely long to load (about 3 minutes from system on till playing). Realism is no better than my GT4 on playstation 2 with the exception of graphics and sounds. Same old stuff. Races aren't realistic, but the tracks are. I really wish EA and Sony would stop focusing so much on graphics and start adding some realism to the driving, damage, etc. Just like GT4 you get spun like a top if you hit anything, but the other guy always stays on a straight line no matter what. It's like a bicycle against an M1A1 tank if you brush someone.
Serious cons:
1. Most of this game you play in a multirace mode where you have to compete in 2-5 events to win. Problem is, they are on different tracks and once your car set-up is done, you can not change it during the event even though the tracks are way different.
2. Serious graphics slow down on several tracks. Speedometer says about 120-140 MPH but graphics slow down and it looks like you are driving about 30MPH.
3. Like I said before, if a car bumps you, you go flying, if you nudge one to try to move it a little, it goes no where.
4. Playing in the upper levels of the game seems like you are actually competing against people in cars that have never raced before. EA starts each race with a wreck at the top levels. "Now your up against the best" according to the game, but if I am, why do they always wreck in the beginning OF EACH RACE! :)
5. No qualifying for starting position. You start 11th every time, which is why that wreck is annoying. It always happens in front of you.
5. Due to the auto-wreck in each race :), you have to drive like a maniac to actually win, because if you actually try to drive the car like a driver really would, you would have no chance of winning.....at all.

Pros:
1. Graphics are really nice looking. But aren't we getting tired of just saying that? It's a PS3, that is supposed to be a given, so why do we mention it?

Save your money. Hopefully someone will design a game where damage and racing are more real. I am getting tired of the "oh but the graphics are cool" phase like I said. We are up to 3rd generation of the game system now, enough already with only making things prettier please. It's getting annoying.Get more detail about Need for Speed: Shift.
