Purchased this for my husband's bday and got it and it was broke. Nothing like giving a broken gift! The leaderwithin didn't have any refund info so I had to dig the packaging out of the trash to get their return address (they even blacked out their phone number) and I mailed them a letter and then I got an E-mail back within a week. Had to return it on my own and pay $11 shipping (which I won't see that money back) and have been told that once they recieve the pkg they will refund me money. So far this process has taken a month.
